ABOUT COUNCIL STUDIO | Council Wardrobe Studio is the premier women’s clothing boutique in Columbus, Georgia. What began as owner Clare Koppang’s personal styling and shopping service blossomed into a well-curated brick-and-mortar shopping destination. Clients can find high-quality, versatile, confidence-boosting pieces while enjoying friendly and personal service.

OBJECTIVE | Council Studio aimed to highlight its roots in personal styling by offering personal styling services. Although loyal, long-time clients knew about private styling sessions, Clare wanted a way for new and potential customers to learn that service was available to them as well.

RESULT | We introduced a scheduling function to Council Studio’s website where clients can book a date and time to have a free private mini-styling session. We also enabled customers to complete a style questionnaire to receive a curated style box. Council seized the opportunity to bring a little-known service to the spotlight, drive online clients to their brick-and-mortar store, and increase the average order value.
